As you know, I had a goal of 25 pounds by next Friday (5/23) before my big family camping trip. I really believed it was an easy goal at the time. It looks like I am not going to make it.
I had been at a 20 pound loss for a week and finally weighed in at a loss of 21 this morning. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I need to look at it and make some changes (suggestions??). It could be that I'm not eating enough or eating too much cheese. I already know I'm not getting enough exercise.
So, with 7 days to go and 4 pounds left until goal, I am just going to get over it and set some new goals.
