Me and my newly fiancee have been back nearly a month now and we are already craving our next dlp trip!! although this one won't be much of a surprise I am still planning an element of surprise, we have only ever stayed in offsite hotels so this time although we are planning the trip together the plan is to make her think we are offsite again but actually stay in the Disney hotel!!

We are looking at going may/June next year because although we loved the long hours and fireworks it would be nice to go when it's that little bit quieter, howeve we have annual dream passes so we don't need to book a deal with the park passes, it says in our pass we can get upto 35% off our Disney hotels, how do I obtain this? It would seem pointless booking the hotel with passes included when we already have them valid till July 12. Also does anyone know of anywhere that accepts a small deposit? That way I can book it soon! :rotfl:

Thanks in advance

The discount with annual passes on room only isnt always as good as what it appears. For a start its UP TO 35% off - and you dont often get the full 35%.
Its also not on every hotel on every date so phone and get quotes for different hotels and if you can be flexible with your dates it can help as well
Also the room only arent included in any special offers so sometimes its cheaper to get a package which is really annoying - we found that a couple of yrs ago when we got a 40% offer.
If you phone up they are really helpful and you dont have to book there and then. If you book online you need to pay the full amount otherwise if you phone you only pay a deposit

Problem is that the AP discounts come off the full rack rate which is high

Atm Dream passes are offering 40% off but only on the 21st of August from the 25 to the 27 August, from the 2nd to the 4th, and from the 10th to the 30th septembre 2011 and it changes all the time

Look at the AP web page to see the latest offers nearer the time of your visit and phone to get more help, dates and possibilites.

Also you can book nights only through sites like Expedia, hotels.com etc etc often a lot cheaper than the AP offers but you'd have to pay up front :)

Many thanks for your replies, ah ok well I may keep my eye on Expedia and Hotels.com also the Eurostar website because more than likely thats who we shall travel with, if it turns out to be cheaper through Disney and we get the park ticks included then so be it, we still get 10% off food and 20% off the shops so its not all bad!
