Ours was great- everything turned out perfectly, and I even got help in the kitchen with clean up:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Ours was wonderful. We couldn't go out of town as my husband is on call this weekend so I made dinner for just us and the kids. It turned out wonderfully and it was a great relaxing day. We all watched the parade and Elliot was pretty excited to see The Wiggles, Mosey was pretty excited to see Lizzie McGuire, we were ALL pretty excited to see Santa at the end. :) :) It has been a super day. :) Glad yours was super too and thanks for asking. :)

It was very nice. All of the food turned out great!! Cleanup wasn't too bad at all with a bunch of us pitching in. I was on dish drying duty!! ;) All the food was packed away and the kitchen was spotless again in about 30-45 min.

I have to say for my first Thanksgiving, everything turned out very well! We ate about a half an hour later than I had planned, but the food was great. Clean up was also great- my mom, my sisters, and my mother-in-law took care of most of it. I'm very happy with the way the day went!

We didn't have a feast this year. It was just me and my husband so we opted out of the huge feast.

The hot cider laced with the rum was the best part - dinner - don't ask

Even with all my back pain.....it turned out to be a very nice dinner at my Mom's. :D

It was great except my DD is very sick. I wish she would have felt better. Everyone came to our house for the first time. We had about 20 here. It was great getting everyone together. I love leftover Thanksgiving meals!! Gotta love those turkey sandwiches.

Great. I did not partake in the oniony stuffing but my MIL's mashed potatoes are the best.

We had a great one. DH's family came together and we had the big tent set up on the hill. We had 55 people with us today and everybody just brings pot luck. All of the kids had fun playing and then young and older ones had a fun time playing football this afternoon.

This is a tradition that has been going in DH's family for about 14 years now and the family outgrew anyone's home so that is why we do the tent now days.

I hope everyone has a wonderful evening and if you're going out shopping in the morning, good luck.

There was no pumpkin pie. :(

But the broccoli rice casserole did not disappoint. I've got some major gas.

Our dinner was wonderful. The food was great, (barely any leftovers for today, though. :( ) and we had tons of desserts. It was great getting together with family. :)
