The number on the BR site is 1-407-939-7429 they are both WDTC

Regardless, there is a marked difference in the amount of info that the WDTC CM's at this number have as opposed to 1-407-WDISNEY (CRO).

The (407) 939-7675 number came in my ressie confirmation email & if you already have a confirmed BR ressie, I'd call that to make changes, requests or to pay off the balance of your ressie (which can be done at this number)

If you're just calling with questions about the BR program, then I would call (407) 939-7429. There are different numbers for different things. The one thing that I would advise is to NOT call 407 WDISNEY regarding anything about BR. Like I said, they just dont have the same information.
 

Pretty neat! I didn't get a confirmation but my CC was charged and it's online-should I worry?
 
You may want to check your Spam blocker (if you have one running) and also check your Disney Online profile to make sure they have the right email addy.

As long as you can access it online, I wouldn't worry too much. You can always call to see if an email can be sent. I still don't know if I'll receive a hard copy of the confirmation in the mail or not.

If they do send hard copies of BR ressies, then you'll always have that :sunny:

Any ressie made online cannot be paid off in full until you arrive. There is a sticky on this at the top of this page. I paid mine if full & they refunded me the money back, I have to pay in person (and it was taken over the phone by a CM as the email confirmation says to do). Also CRO & TWTC are one. The numbers will all go to the same place where ever it is routed to (be it Tampa, Orlando, Texas, Kansas etc...where ever they have an office). It is true that some CM's have more info than others but that is just luck.

If you have a BR & get a post card, you cannot have it applied. One of the terms on the BR is that only if a lower general public rate comes out will the BR be lowered to that. Only way to get the post card (or other discounted not offered to general public) rate is to cancel your BR ressie & then you will loose your deposit, it has nothing to do with it being booked online...it is in the BRP agreement. Here is a copy of it....
