So happy! Got contracts overnight, sending today!

Hi all, answering my own question from my last thread of "do they overnight contracts?", apparently my guide did! My husband did not mention it at all when I talked to him from work and I get home and my daughter is looking through the book, I said, "What's that?" and he said, "Your package came I just didn't want you to run out of work and speed home so I didn't tell you" LOL Almost officially BLT owners! Sending contracts back today....

Also, how'd you find a notary so fast? Took us a couple bank stops to find a notary who would deal with something with "mortgage" in the name.

(or maybe you aren't financing, and that's not needed if you're not financing)

I think you have to 10 days after you sign to cancel so if you alrwady sent he paperwork in check to see on Sunday if the new incentives are better and switch. Your guide should be able to help. Best of Luck!!
