So frustrated !!!

I usually keep myself logged in to the DIS from my laptop. For the last week or so I have to log in EVERY time I come on....plus just to make it even more frustrating I have to log back in if I have walked away for a few minutes to do something... like just now I had to answer the phone.

What the heck????

It's happening to many many folks..if you go onto the tech support thread you will see various remedies. None worked for me--though it does seem to have resolved itself for me now?? How??? Who knowsss...

It was doing it to me too, but has since stopped for unknown reasons?

Glad to know that I'm not even less computer literate than I though. I figured it had to be something I had done to the laptop.

Enable your cookies so that your browser keeps tarack of this site. Plus when you login above, make sure that you click the box beside your password and username.

I just went over to the Tech board and there is a long thread about this very thing. One of the moderators said to delete all cookies and then log in again. It also says you may need to delete a few times before it works properly.


I did it.....and success !!!!! I'm still logged in and I have gone on and off a few times.

No...blame them every chance you get. Mine will take the blame for anything because he never listens to me so he can't prove that I'm wrong.

By the by, I still can't keep logged in. I tried deleting my cookies and I can stay logged while I'm online but if I go off I have to log in again. But at least it's better than kicking me off every five minutes.
