What started out as one simple phone call to CRO has now turned in to 3 phone calls because I have to keep calling back to have them correct mistakes that they caused by the previous phone call. It wouldn't bother me so much, but each phone call has been no less than 20 minutes of waiting, and since it is not an 800#, I have to pay for each phone call to have them correct their mistakes

The first call was to add a room location request to my reservation.

The second phone call was to have them correct the typo that was put in for my room request (the request that was typed in was for a building that didn't even exist). She then verified that my Magical Express flight information was correct.

Now I see that when she verified the ME information, somehow my flight information got removed from my reservation. So now I need to make phone call #3 to add the ME information again. This time I will keep my fingers crossed that this agent actually pays attention to what they are doing so I don't have to make a fourth call.

I understand we don't have long distance calling on our home phone. I hate using my cell to call disney since if I drop the call. I have to call back on my reservation because they gave me a standard pool view room on my room only. But a standard room on my Free dining reservation. Not sure what they were thinking when they did that since they linked my reservations. I'm sure in my case it was just a slip and she clicked the wrong thing.

Sorry for the frustration, that would be a bummer. But I don't think you really need to call back on the ME issue. You don't have to have flight information to use ME, it just helps them determine how many buses they need. If it shows you have ME reserved then that's all you'd need. And I'm sure you'll probably be making one last call at some point between now and your trip. Good luck next time around!!!

Yep as long as you are schedualed for ME the times do not really matter.

As PPs have said, ME doesn't need your arrival flight information, but if you want to, you can call ME directly - they have a toll free 800 number. As long as DME is still listed on your reservation you're fine. In our case we were always listed as taking DME, but frequently the flight arrival time was listed as 12:00 - standard and nothing to worry about.

Once you've arrived in Orlando you can stop at the DME desk at the airport or call from your resort room if your return flight # or date needs to be revised or added. Again they don't need the time because that can change and they'll track it in their system.

Our reservation also said 12:00 for ME and we had no problem at all. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the phone calls.. I find that so frustrating!

Thanks for all the information. I just checked and it does list Magical Express, it just doesn't list my flight information, so I won't worry about calling back right away. Like Mickeygolf said, I will probably have a reason to call sometime before my trip, so I will just add the information then.

Worst I've had was 3 calls to fix the spelling of our name. Not a big deal, except we bought airfare through them as well so it -had- to be correct. Wasn't that much of a hassle though.

I have found the Magic Express time has always been 12:00 but I figure as long as they have the flight information correct, then I am all set :yay:
