Have you been to NYC before? the 4 days we were there just blew me away, I just felt like I was in a film set for 4 days, everywhere you turn is either a name or a building you know. Walking thru Central park DS was asked to be in a TV show, turned it down though.

Hope you stick around and give your experiences and knowledge to new travellers and make it an even better site.

NYC will be a first for us Wayne. Staying for three nights. Was a very big saving to fly into JFK en route to the annual Florida trip, so figured we would take the opportunity to look around.

I was up till 11.30pm last night sorting all the paperwork out

I have 6 folders -
Airlines -(which has all the various plane e tickters, & ESTA forms, pre flight hotel and parking arrangements

WDW -disney tickets, online checkin, hotel reservations, discovery Cove tickets

NY - car company email, hotel reservation, Green Day concert email, Wicked tickets, dinner cruise email,

Cruise - Cruise docs, online cruise contract printed, itinery, Palo brunch group email confirmation, extra set of Esta print outs, towncar email

Other important docs - Passports, travel insurance, traveller cheques, money, letter from gp about my medication, our 10 page hiloiday planner (which I made)

Vouchers - Shopping vouchers I got from online for the airport and Orlando premium outlets


What do you think? Have I forgotten anything?

I'd say we are about 95% done packing now!

sounds great!! in fact, i'm going to print out this list for our trip...
i can't think of anything else..

oh - one thing - do you have on a single page all numbers?

i put on one page that i can fold easily into my purse..
everyone's cellphone # (we have phones we only use in the US)
emergency #
our frequent flyer numbers
hotel numbers
all passport numbers

it's like a one stop cheat sheet of numbers.

i've use the same one for every trip and just modify it for changes...

by the way, your trip sounds GREAT!!!! (wicked - great choice!!!)
