I'm so excited, I just have to share my news! I joined Weight Watchers Online on May 16th, weighed in today and have reached my first "major" goal of 20 pounds!! It let me set my own goal weight, so another 31 to go and I'll BE THERE!!! I'm almost half way!! LOVE the "points system", it really WORKS!! And with losing weight, eating better AND exercising almost every day I'm keeping my blood sugars mostly within the normal range so I'm extremely HAPPY about that too!! Taking it "one day at a time" and sticking with the program, but yet I have treats now and then too. Just not as often, and smaller amounts. Loving the fact that I'm fitting into smaller clothes sizes too. DH is so encouraging, and he's even dropped a few pounds because I'm making him eat better. I just want to encourage everyone who's trying to lose weight to just stick with it. Take it a day at a time, don't beat yourself up if you stumble. Pick yourself back up and get on with it! It's worth it!!
