I just got finished making gifts and wanted to share!
The night before the trip I am giving them each some items for the trip. Including a fanny pack and a book and a Wii game (to stay home) for my older DS and my younger DS will get a color-yourself-disney t-shirt, sunglasses and a Wii game (also for home).
Next is the "Airport" bags that will hopefully make it through check-points without having to be pulled out and spoil the surprise. These bags are initialed for each of them, both contain travel activities (some themed, some not). The bags were made at CafePress.
These are disney boxes filled with fun stuff to use at the parks or pool including:
Older DS (10) spinner light, light up necklaces, mini water guns, lego keychains, hidden mickey book, pressed penny tubes (with coins and one to put pennies in) hand made bookmarks from disney's website, stickers, coupon for pressed penny book and one for a face painting. (Both coupons were made by designers on the DISigners board.)
Younger DS (3) spinner light, glow necklaces, disney sippy cups, pressed penny tubes, stickers, board book, etc.
I also have 2 bags for them, each with misc stuff (just regular red gift bags) like pajamas for the little one, tshirts for the older one. Some other stuff I guess. My husband and I are also each getting a bag, each with 2 printed shirts from VistaPrint with a Disney themed name design (from the DISboards). My husbands bag also has 2 coupons for turkey legs!
