We gave up our AK savannah view studio 11/27-11/30 to go earlier in the month over Veteran's Day instead since we were waitlisted for 11/25 and 11/26 anyway. For VD, no studios available the weekend (11/7-11/9), so I was going to take a 1br at VWL (only 2 units left, btw) and then the very nice and patient CM checked for me yet again on my 100th request as I joked that maybe someone called and cancelled while we were on the phone and she said "oh wow, I don't believe it. a 1br at BLT JUST opened up and it's Magic Kingdom view" so of course I jumped on it. I wait listed for a studio but if I'm going to be in a 1br, that's the one I want to be in!!!!!! I got exactly what I wanted at 4 months out, I'm so excited! 
I was on the fence between a studio and 1 bedroom to begin with, so this trip we'll try out both! We're 2 adults, DD3, and DS1.
