So excited about owners locker

We leave in 5 days for our much anticipated 2 week BCV/DCL/BLT adventure I thought it would never get here (especially since I booked DCL in 2008!!)

I am putting everything together and my DH looked at me with such a strange look because I have sooo much stuff that I usually don't have when packing.

I just looked at him and said "remember when i told you that I joined something called owners locker because it sounds like the best thing in the world well this is why.......None of this stuff comes back home!!!"

But what I didn't tell him was that all that extra space I will have in the one suitcase that is storing all this stuff going down will be sooo empty going home that OL has given me a reason to have more room for shopping this year at WDW!!!!!!!!!:

I just signed up for mine 2 days ago for my trip in a few weeks - and I can't wait!!! I am travelling solo, and bringing a huge suitcase full of stuff for my 4 day trip, and just leaving most of it there

We did one better than that. When we first bought our OL, we found a box about the same size as the OL, and packed it with the "stuff" we wanted in our locker. Then we sent it via UPS to arrive the same day we did. That meant we didn't have to worry about the extra suitcase, and we traveled light right away with just a small carryon for each of us.

I'm so excited about using our Owner's Locker in a few days! Now we're able to use only carry-ons, so we'll be able to bypass the baggage area and head straight to the car rental counter.

My sister moved to the Orlando area last week (Lucky Duck!), so we sent our big box of stuff with her. Can't beat free shipping!

could this be the successor to "the purple place for storing your vacation stuff"...?

...and, mimmiepnp, be forewarned that midway through your trip, your husband will claim that getting an Owner's Locker was his idea...

LOL - other than the Space Shuttle, John and Brian can find a way to store most anything!

Golf clubs, Umbrellas and even cars are all within the realm of possibility for the OL guys! The only thing I wouldn't store would be a stroller - since they will be happy to rent that to you thru Magic Strollers - even with a discount for OL members. (... and I'd bet they'd even store a stroller for you!)
