So, did the Poly announcement throw a curveball into your VGF (or other DVC) plans?

I just sold my AKV points to purchase at (still one of my favorite resorts!) and added on over the years and then slowly sold contracts as our life changed. At this time I really do not care about going to the parks, my son is an adult and so it is just me and my husband. We love VGF and being on the monorail so I sold my AKV and bought 175 points.

The only other resort (s) that would interest me would be if BCV and BWV added on. I used to loath BWV but it has grown on me over the years and now it is one of my favorites. I have never been a "buy where you want to stay" person because I have really enjoyed every resort except BLT but now I really want to be assured that I can be a VGF.

When I spoke to my guide (same one for all these years) he said sales for VGF are really still strong and a lot of people are doing similar to us. Very excited for this!

No, not at all. Prefer the Grand over the Poly, and I don't want to wait another two years or so, either.

I was set on waiting for the Poly tower, but now re-considering of adding VGF. We like to stay in a 1-2 bedrooms, I know Poly tower will have these new rooms. However, being picky as we are we like to have covered walkways between buildings. This comes handy when we get the afternoon rain while vacationing.
