So, did I cash in at MileSource or what?

Hmmm, I went through the cash in process, tried to get an Olive Garden GC but couldn't get it to take, got confused/upset and ended up opting to get the GiveAnything certificate to shop at stores I have no interest in shopping at, filled in all the info, clicked continue and got sent to the home page. My points are exactly the same (3500) and when I go into my account it shows that I did not redeem. Did it not take at all? Should I wait a couple of days and see what happens? Should re-try it now?

I'm sure everyone goes through this but I'm getting fed up with sites not working, poor customer service, not getting credit for sign ups, needing 1,000,000 pts for a $5 gc to Libby's 5 & 10 in Podunck, AK.

Once I hit cash out levels there are only a few keep doing -- CttM, MyPoints, CR, LAG, RTV. LuckyPoints & PCHPoints. I thought I'd keep Memolink too but I've heard that people are waiting 7 months or more for their reward.

My apologies to anyone who lives in Podunck or AK -- I'm just pretty disgusted right now. Thanks for listening and any input you have on my cash out problem.

If you never got the confirmation page, and your point total is the same, you are not cashed out at Milesource. I had the same problem and they were no help at Milesource customer service.

Some people feel that if you have a firewall in operation, you will not be able to cash out and they suggest disabling it just for this one procedure.

Others feel that if you change your browser (to Netscape or the latest version of IE), you will be successful.

None of that worked for me.

I even tried using a friend's computer with no luck.

What did work was to use another ISP. I installed MSN (I have AOL) on one of my computers and BINGO! It took me to the confirmation page when I cashed out and my points were deducted immmediately.

You can still get an Olive Garden GC from MileSource by cashing in for a GiveAnything GC and redeeming it at MileSource.

I cashed out more than 2 months ago for movie tix. I never got them. I'm not going to hold my breath. I stopped doing Milesource. Its just not worth the time for something they never deliver.
