Anyone know if they sell Southern California City Passes at Costcos in the Detroit or Buffalo areas? I checked it out online: $838 at US Costco, and about $1050 at Canadian Costco. 
Over $200 difference when the dollar is at 95 cents? It's cheaper to buy it on the official City Pass site w/ no discount.
