We booked our holiday for October to DLRP back in July using the holiday list from DS's school. Just discovered today that they've been changed and are now a week earlier. 
. If we'd known that we could have had the extra night offer, it'll cost too much to change our flights and hotel booking but I wish we'd known about the change. The only good thing is that BTM is open again when we'll be going and would be closed the week before.
so not really worth all the hassle, just means an extra week off school for DS(oops).

Not only a Disney-vacation, a whole holiday-week more as well for your son. 
I think because of this accident, you're son will love you even more. Hope he don't have to do some extra homework.
