My post disappeared again!!

I did answer all of your questions yesterday and they did not show!!! I am getting really annoyed with the DIS at the moment...

However, the important parts of my post were to say that I am very sorry that you have to postpone your trip yet again, but I am glad that you managed to get accomodation on such short notice. Any new ADR plans yet?

And I also read your comment about a possible October solo trip. I hope that you do know that Katharina and I would be thrilled to meet you!!

Sucks with all the problems you've been having with lost posts!!! You still have probably at least a day before I do an update. If you are still having problems PM me your email address and I will send them to you that way....

Love to meet you and Katharina also!!! I have a few ADRs already, but still have to make a few more. I have to finalize where we are going to stay the first two nights before I do all of them..... Hoping to get a good deal on Coronado Springs or the Poly.

FYI for all those with upcoming trips who are still planning.......

Just saw a post on the studioscentral.com blog that they are restoring nightly Fantasmic shows for DHS between July 6th and September 30th!!! This will probably affect crowd levels and may impact your touring plans. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!!!

For those who are touring in October through December you may want to keep an eye out for additional updates since the thought is that September is a lower crowd month than those three, so if they are adding them for September they may eventually do the same for those busier months also.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled programming......

Thanks for the heads up. That does change everything and Fantasmic is on the must do list this trip. We have never seen it. Back to the drawing board

While waiting to meet the boys so Drew could get his much-wanted Slinky Dog souvenir, two events occurred that were of interest to Marv. One was a situation of concern, and the other was a hilarious event that Marv wishes he had a video camera rolling so he could win that Disney family vacation on AFV! These are unique enough (though not totally uncommon) that if anyone can guess them I will give double points for the correct answer(s). The two events will be scored separately.Someone fainted. The second event was that a young Jedi trainee was dueling Darth Vader on stage and accidently hit his light saber a little south of the border causing Vader to drop to the ground at which point his helmut rolls off his head and the children run off screaming that he's a fake!

The bad one: someone drove their ECV over someone else's foot.

the funny one: A little boy is eating some ice cream and his mother wants to get a taste. So she is bending down and tries the ice cream which the little boy is holding. He wants to be helpful and moves the ice cream closer towards the mother - so ice cream and mother's face are coming closer to each other at fast speed and neither is able to stop the collision. So the mother ends up with the whole Mickey bar in her face.
