Snorkeling on CC

Is it necessary to reserve snorkeling gear for use at Castaway Cay or will equipment be available when you get there? Also, do you think you can rent flippers only? Two of us in our party want to bring our own masks and snorkels, but the flippers are too difficult to pack? I want to insure a good experience for our niece and nephew.
