My mom has been so bummed the last couple of visits to Disneyland because they didn't have her beloved Snickerdoodle. We tried at Pooh's Corner, then we tried hunting it down in Downtown Disney. Still no luck! We inquired and they said that they didn't think they were going to be selling them anymore:eek: - this was in September. Anybody know if they still aren't selling the Snickerdoodle?

Thanks!!!

Sorry, but if chocolate isn't involved I don't waste the calories on it! :rotfl: I haven't paid attention to snickerdoodles. :confused3

Did you try Marceline's confectionery at DTD? I swear they had them, but maybe they were just plain sugar cookies. In any event, I HAVE eaten the DL Snickerdoodles before and did NOT find them to be good at ALL....

I think I had one the last trip from that bakery in DCA..huge, soft and yummy!

I was there last weekend and I saw them in the bakery/confectionary at Greetings from California in DCA.

I think there are certain 'treats' that are seasonal and this may be one of them. Surprisingly, however, I saw Gingerbread Mickey's--so I guess that doesn't always hold true.

We did and this is where we were informed that they no long carried them.

Yaaay, thank you very much!

I think going to the proper bakeries (not the "treat" place like Poohs) would yield better results. Burrrbank Bakery, Blue Ribbon, even the coffee cart to the left of the castle...those are the places where I've seen the widest variety of cookies.

Thank goodness!!!

Snickerdoodles are my very favorite treat at DL. We were told last summer that they discontinued them because they don't carry them in WDW.

Can't wait!

Edited to add: the only place I could ever find them before they were discontinued was in the small candy/coffee shop right next to the lockers. They used to have them at the Blue Ribbon Bakery, but they stopped serving them quite a while ago.

Huh? I've always had a snickerdoodle at WDW from the Main Street bakery--and I've been there about 50 times!:confused3

Maybe they discontinued them at the same time?? Either that, or I experienced another game of "telephone" as played by castmembers.

Funny, but I found a much better "bakery" selection at Pooh....cupcakes, cookies, bars...all the "bakery" has was muffins and these nasty look like cinamon-taste-like-nothing twists.....:confused3
