I'm just back from a 2 week WDW trip and I have over 500 prictures I'd like to print (can't wait to start scrapping this trip!)...but I am new to getting digital prints printed out.

I've done it a few times with Shutterfly (quality Ok), and heard that ofoto had better quality and I was going to give them a try, but their prints are .29 each. I can get Shutterfly prints for .20 each (prepaid price) or Snapfish for .15 each (prepaid price). Those are big price differences! I'd like to go with the cheapest, but I AM willing to pay for good quality. Any thoughts on Snapfish? OR how Shutterfly comapres with Ofoto?

Thanks for any feedback!

I've used Ofoto and Shutterfly. I like Ofoto better, but still use Shutterfly on occassion since they offer different options for cards and other extras. I've never tried Snapfish because I had someone tell me they were not happy with the prints. Guess I should order the same prints from all three sometime and do a comparison. You can also get prints from Walmart and some Sam's Clubs.

I like winkflash.com. They are only 16 cents a print, they have it all (matt, glossy, boarder different sizes. 99 cents flat shipping and handiling. If I order on a Monday I have them by Friday. (that reminds me I need to make a order.)

Very good quailty

I like snapfish the best because I like a matted finish. Ofoto doesn't give you this. Plus they are a few cents cheaper.

Also not sure how long this code will last but you can get free 50 prints

Only thing I dont' like about snapfish, they ask you with digital if you want a true picture or something like that and the picture ends up being a tad smaller than the standard pictures. I havent' framed any so don't know if they would be too small for the standard 4x6 frame.

I've always used Ofoto (until now I have my own Epson - yeah!) and have always been very satisfied. They almost always have special deals and offers if you check too. Good luck.

I tried Ofoto, Winkflash and Snapfish. On all three, I uploaded photo's, shared my albums and ordered prints. I decided on the Snapfish, it had the best of all three for me. I liked their price, the fact that I could share albums (which is important in my family spread all over the country) and I could order matte finish. They're also the easiest to upload to!

Snapfish is my fave for a couple reasons. One, their prices are excellent and two, they maintain the aspect ratio where others, such as Ofoto, do not.

Zagafi, what is the apect ratio? I've never heard of that. Just curious.

It's hard to explain, but snapfish doesn't "crop" your digital pics when they print them because they maintain the ratio. Ofoto doesn't maintain the ratio so pics are cropped. I did head to head testing of the same pic at 4 places and snapfish won hands down.

If you go to snapfish, I know there's a place where they demonstrate what the aspect ratio is. I'm sorry I don't know how to explain it better but there is a marked difference.

princess: I have always had really great pictures from snapfish. I had my Christmas cards done there this year and liked being able to edit and choose from lots of "add ons".
Franne: Thanks for the coupon code too!!

Thanks for the code. I ordered a bunch of pictures from Snapfish. This is a good chance to compare the quality.

I just got the free 10 pictures from Snapfish as a new member to get an idea how they turned out and I was very impressed. I tried to use the Expedia code last week when I joined and couldn't for some reason but tried again last night and it went through no problem! So thanks very much for posting it - I have 50 pictures on the way for only $3.44 I think - can't beat that. I'm looking forward to organizing them and sending links to others. Does anyone know if Snapfish is one of the ones where you have to register to view the pictures? I am hoping I can just send the link and family & friends can view them without registering.

I am a big fan of SNapfish - I use them pretty often.

One I know I don't like is walmart.com's photo center. I sent the SAME images to Snapfish and they came out 100x better. I returned the whole order from walmart.com back to the store.

I'm going to try Winkflash pretty soon for my next Scrappin' order, since the $0.99 shipping is pretty impressive.

has anyone used winkflash sending them pictures that are 640 x 480? that's their absolute minimum resolution...i can't figure out how to change it :( i'm using a digital video camera that takes stills. i've never tried a service like this before. any suggestions?
