I would love to see pictures and hear about any snacks that are large. We will be on the dining plan. We usually only have two big meals a day while we vacation but I am a little worried about some of my group getting hungry before a 4 o'clock ADR. Please list any you can think of but we would prefer non-sugary snacks.

We were able to get a ham and cheese croissant at Boulangerie Patissere (SP?) in France in Epcot. I don't know if it is still available but it was a snack credit and fairly filling.

Unfortunately it's very sugary, but the butterfinger cupcakes and peanut butter cupcakes at Starring Rolls in DS are huge. I have a big appetite, but have yet to be able to finish one of those things. They're my favorite snack credits.

Other options might be: the baked potato at Liberty Square Market, the cheese soup at the Norwegian bakery, chicken fried rice at the Yak & Yeti CS, or the bowl of hummus at the Mara. Other sweet options might be the funnel cake at Sleepy Hollow or the waffle with strawberry preserves in Norway. Of course there are alot of locations that have muffins.

We are doing two 2 credit meals for our trip and will be trying to stretch our CS credits to cover most of the non-sitdown day meals, SO, I am planning one or two SNACKS AS LUNCH meals.

One of the places I've identified to do this is Main St Bakery. I plan to have some fruit in my backpack (apples and oranges) to supplement what we get there. But I am thinking we will be getting 2 choc chip muffins, a cheese danish, a cinnamon roll and maybe a fruit cup and a cookie to share between the 4 of us. I figure with the fruit I'm bringing that will be filling enough for a light lunch and we can always get mickey ice cream bars an hour or two later if it doesn't fill us for long.

The first ones that come to mind are in AK at Yak & Yeti. The Chicken Fried Rice or the Pork Egg Rolls.

The Chicken Fried Rice is very good and a large portion. I had this as a snack a few times on my last trip.

Caseys in the MK has a side of chili for a snack credit. Pinocchio's Village House has a salad listed as a snack credit.
At Sleepy Hollow you can get a Mickey Waffle or chicken and wild rice soup with a snack credit.
Lots of places have the large pretzels too.
There is a list of confirmed snacks at the top of the Dining plans thread...that can give you some more suggestions:thumbsup2
