Smoking on Board?

My Wife and I went on a cruise a few years ago and one problem that we had was that it was smokey almost everyone even though there were only a few places on board where people were suppose to be smoking. Is this an issue on Disney Cruises at all? Where are people limited to smoking?

We're considering doing a Disney one with the kids but that one fact really made the last cruise a major disappointment.

Disney is better than many other lines for non-smokers. I am sensitive to smoke and had a problem on RCCL, which allowed it in many interior areas, including staterooms. On DCL, you can's smoke in staterooms (although you can smoke on your verandah, and if you have a chain smoker next door, you may smell it). You can't smoke in most interior areas except the nightclubs. Choose wisely where you sit; many of the non-smoking areas in the clubs have smokers literally right behind you. On open decks, you can smoke almost anywhere except by the Mickey Pool.
