We are thinking of adding on 25 points direct at OKW with a Sept UY. We would like to purchase them this spring. My question is would we still get 2019 points to bank?

Yes, DVC sells contracts with current points. If they didn't have any with 2019 points then they actually won't sell to you.

Just a heads up that you wont get any perks when you buy 25 points, you need a 100 for that.

If you already have the perks then it does not matter.
