We were on the Wonder a couple of weeks ago. The length of time to get a spa reservation was quite long. There was very little organization and only one person taking times on one paper calendar. We were fifth in line and it took 50 minutes to get a reservation. The line behind us was long, 20 to 30 deep stretching out the door, and it kept growing as the tours piled up new hopefuls.

The Palo reservations in Wavebands went much quicker. Is this typical of the spa or was it just a bad day? It left us with a very poor first impression of the spa folks.

There were more staff in the spa when we were on the Magic last week, but I sort of was thinking the same thing. I had already researched what treatments I wanted and had a list of choices for days & times. I was second in line, so I figured maybe a 5 minute wait. I think it ended up being closer to 20 minutes because the person in front of me couldn't decide what she wanted and was asking the therapist to go over everything with her. I think that they need an express lane or something. Plus it was all being written in one appointment book, so when I finally was able to make my requests, she had to go and see what was available and write it in.

Exactly..the line is long because people don't know what they want.

If you go prepared you will help move the line along. We always have a time, then alternate times in case what we want is already booked. I right everything down on a piece of paper and all I have to do is give them names/times, very quick and back to having fun.
