I have a bizillion of them, and I wear them often :thumbsup2

Poll coming!!!!

i think they look great and i love the layered look people get

but i feel like i'm being choked!

i can wear the mock turtlenecks, though

I can't believe this is your Thursday Poll :cool1:

I was just talking to DD about this. I wear turtlenecks to work almost every day from autumn through spring.

I tried to mix it up this week by wearing a sweater under a blazer instead. Still boring, but my neck showed! (We had 65 degree weather here in upstate NY this week :) .)

I like them when it's really cold out, but I don't like the ones that are really high and tight. I prefer a mock neck.

I gave most of my tutlenecks to charity when I moved to Florida, but I kept a couple of them. Used one when I had to go to NJ last month and it was only in the teens when I got off the plane. Ducked into the ladies room at the airport and put it on then and there. My blood has thinned, but I didn't realize how much until that day! :rotfl:

why would anyone wear clothes that makes them look like a turtle :confused3

I like them ok, but only after I've stretched the necks out. I yank on them constantly until they are looser around my neck (I really hate having anything close around my neck).

I love mine and even get use out of them here in Florida.

Come to think of it, I need to get a new black turtleneck sweater!

I have two turtleneck shirts that I bought to go skiing last year. I haven't worn them since then. There really isn't much use for them in the South. :confused3

I have two turtleneck sweaters. I hate the way they feel, but like the look so I wear them once in a blue moon.

I wish I could wear them, they seem to be in right now. However, the make chin number two stand out, and no one wants that really...

I LOATHE them. I get too, too hot when I wear them. My face turns bright red and I look like I am having a heart attack. And I have a round face, so fashion-wise they look wretched. If it is cold outside, I just use a scarf to cover my neck.

mean people suck:mad:

I used to wear them all of the time but only once or twice a year now. I'm at that age when I get very warm very suddenly.

Part of our winter uniform is a mock turtle neck undershirt. I can't stand it. Underneath all this stuff it feels like someone has there hands around my neck squeezing it all day!

I cannot stand turtlenecks because I get almost claustrophobic with them! Yes, kids, you read that right. Please refer to my tags!

:scared1:

Well, I only like wearing the "mock" turtleneck, but those I LOVE. My DS* would live in his turtlenecks if I let him. He says that they are so soft and male him feel safe.

I'm another one who feels like I am being choked and trapped when I wear turtlenecks. So I don't own any.

I like turtlenecks a lot, but only wear them on days when it's less than 50º. Otherwise, I get too hot.

I don't like the look of mock turtlenecks, though.
