Do you floss your teeth?
If so, how often?

My initiative to floss my teeth goes in waves.
One month I'm really good about doing it several times a week, and then something happens and I don't floss for months at a time. I do know that I need to get into the habit of doing it everyday :teeth:

Poll coming!!!

I hate flossing! A few of my teeth are very close together and have a couple of rough edges, and I find that flossing those teeth is really, really hard! It kind of puts me off flossing, even though I know I should be at least flossing the other teeth every day.

This is my first time responding to a Slo poll! AND I made Mousketeer today! AND I have nothing between my teeth!

Have a good weekend!

I only started flossing a few years ago. I had so many dentists and hygenists tell me they couldn't believe that I didn't floss, that they couldn't tell, so I took that as a sign that it wasn't really necessary. Then, along came Lisa...

When we changed dentists and Lisa became my new hygenist, she didn't tell me I needed to floss; she showed me how to floss and said that she knew she couldn't make me do it. Yes, she is a mom of two boys; she guilted me into it! And she gave me a roll of floss after my appointment which I couldn't let go to waste.

I now floss every day except weekends I usually forget.

I am a couple of times a week flosser. I know my dentist thinks I do it every day but that's our little secret. Now my DH on the other hand is definetly a daily flosser.

I used to floss but switched to using a water pik instead. It's less of a hassle trying to clean in between my teeth and I'm able to remove all food particles that flossing sometimes miss.

I got one of those Reach thingies so now it's so much easier to floss. I floss every day with it. :teeth:
