I like dill slices on chicken sandwiches especially. Haven't had a burger in awhile, but I'd pickle a burger like it's nobody's binnis, Dis.

For some reason I don’t care for pickles anymore. If they’re already on a burger I’ll eat them. but I won’t eat a pickle spear served on the side with sandwiches.

When I was a kid I didn’t believe that pickles started as cucumbers.

YES please.
[...however, garlic or hamburger dill - definitely NO bread'n'butter....YUCK! :scared::crazy2:

Depends on the the type of burger. If it is a basic cheeseburger ( with or without bacon) yes. A burger with blue cheese or a patty melt, no way. Same if the burgercha a special sauce( aka Thousand Island dressing).

My favorite pickles are fried dill spears. I don't want them on my burger. I will eat a chick fil a original sandwich with the pickles though.

Speaking of burgers, have you guys heard about the class action lawsuit against Burger King now? Apparently "Where's the beef" isn't just an old slogan from Burger King's competitor, (Wendy's.) It's now a class action lawsuit, where many people are claiming Burger King is falsely advertising the size of it's Whoppers. They are misleading it's customers in it's advertising photos and in-store photos of how much meat is supposedly in it's Whoppers.

This is an actual Burger King photo of it's famous Whopper, overflowing the bun:

This sad, flacid, shrunken thing, not even reaching the edges of the bun, is what customers are actually getting:

:sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

(Keeping to Slo's thread, notice the pickles in both pics. :thumbsup2)

You can read about the lawsuit here:

Easy fix, just make the bun smaller.

My favorite pickles are fried dill spears.

Slo, how about doing a poll for some of these fried foods?

I tried a fried Oreo once. All it tasted like was a greasy, hot Oreo. Didn't see the appeal as to why these are so popular. :crazy2: Yet the line went out the door.

Oh yea, the pickle on the Chic Fil A sandwich is how I learned to start eating pickles.
I absolutely hate the pickle on Chic Fil A sandwiches. The pickle juice contaminates the bun because they don't use any condiments, so even when you take the pickle off it still tastes like pickle. Gross.
