I love them, and prefer them plain. However when I go out, I will ask for butter and cinnamon on the side.

I like baked sweet potatoes w butter, brown sugar & cinnamon. I LOVE to thinly slice sweet potatoes and deep fry in olive oil. Sprinkle with pink sea salt.
