I take a multi, but sometimes change brands. It seems like I find one I love, buy a big bottle, and then can't find the same kind when it finally runs out.
My doctor said to stop taking them about 5-years ago ...said they were no good for you. And honestly I haven't noticed one bit of difference, so money well saved.
I use gummies for the same reason. The nausea from pill vitamins is worse than the nausea from motion sickness for me. I do get gummies that use natural colorants, as I try to avoid artificial dyes when I can.

I mostly either buy Target or Publix store brand. Both (at least here) use natural colorings from vegetables and fruits. I don’t have a Costco near me, but they may do the same. It should be on the label. I would love to find a mega sized jar. The largest I can find is about a 75 day supply.
I take individual vitamins and supplements- but they have to be vegan. Who knew that the gelatin coating on many pills comes from pork? I found out when I developed a severe pork allergy. Blue Bonnet makes vegan vitamins if anyone wanted that info.
I don’t usually take multivitamins but started taking one, in pill form, about a year ago when my hernia started making me eat less because it was too uncomfortable.
