I use one 7-day holder that has morning and evening slots, like this:

I only use it for vitamins and an allergy pill right now, but I like to be able to see whether I've taken them.

I usually pack up the big 7 day one for my WDW trips with 10 days worth of meds. Most of my meds are small, so I can fit 10 days worth into the 7 day container. This is better then bringing all of the individual bottles.

No way. Having another gadget and the chore of sorting pills into it is not something I want in my life right now. I just keep my two daily meds in a drawer in the kitchen. If and when the time comes that either myself or DH needs that kind of support (due to memory or whatever), our pharmacies will package them in daily bubble-things for a small fee, and we could always go with that. As for travel, which for us mostly involves international flights and border security, we only ever transport meds in their original containers with the pharmacy labels, just in case.

I just bought one for work. One of my meds was switched to be taken at dinner/with food and no other medications within four hours. The only way this works is to take the others after lunch. Can’t take them in the morning because I take thyroid medication that has to be taken on an empty stomach with no other medications. Much easier to have each days separated than to dig them out of a single container.

For travel I take the entire bottle in my traveling pharmacy aka a bag that I but all them in along with other OTC meds I might need.

Yep, I have one 7-day pill holder. I take 6 medications daily, luckily all at the same time. I don't mind sorting them out once a week because if I didn't do that I'd be opening six bottles every day. It's shaped like a flower with each petal being a container for a day's pills.

Is it like this?

This was going to be the picture for me to use for the poll and then I decided to take a picture of my boring one. This one ⬆️ is a lot more fun 🌸

I have one, but only use it for traveling. Otherwise, I just keep them in the bottles.

I do keep track of my parents' pills via pill boxes. They each have multiple ones so I can set up their pills 2 weeks at a time.

I picked other because I do have a seven day one but only use it when I travel so I don't have to carry all my bottles. Right now I'm taking 2 pills in the morning (a B12 and something to control my triglycerides) and 3 at night (my hormone, calcium and statin for my triglycerides). I'm hoping on my next Dr. visit to get that statin taken off since the other pill seems to do a better job.

I don't use one. I take vitamins in the morning, but taking an extra or skipping a day won't severely affect me, so it's no big deal if I forget.

I take plenty of meds but don’t use a pill holder. I just load up a tiny baggy each morning. The scripts are taken after breakfast, the supplements & other OTC after lunch. The baggy lives in my pocket until it’s empty, then reused again later. When I travel I prep a baggy for each day of the trip + 1 (in the event of a travel delay)

I have two, but only use one. Bought the second one this year when we were on an 8 day road trip.
Until right now, I hadn't thought about it, I should be using the second one for the one medicine I have to take twice a day. Right now I just have to remember to get the pill bottle and take it.

I don’t use one. I take one med a day for acid reflux, then a multivitamin and a few other supplements. If I forget to take any, it’s not a big deal.

My mother-in-law takes several medications, some morning and some evening, that a morning/evening pill organizer is the only way she can manage all of them.

I have three pills that I take every morning. I recently got a pill holder because if I see the pills at my spot at the table I remember to take them, but if they're in the cupboard, I won't remember. The pill holder is less intrusive than having all the bottles sitting out. My 23 year old thinks it's hilarious. "You can't deny it anymore, mom! You're OLD!"
