As I’m sitting here looking at my pill holder, I’m wondering how many of you need them.
So I ask…..

Do you use a pill holder?
If yes….how many do you have?
Are they 7 day, 14 day, 21 day, or one month?

For Me….,I use 3 holders, because if I don’t, then I don’t remember if I took whats in them or not . One holds my daily vitamin and supplements, one holds a medication and one holds a supplement I take after dinner. My DH laughs at me, but I don’t care, they help me.

I have two each are for seven days - when is for morning and when is night - nothing is more fun as when I take my morning pills at night and then sit and wonder why I don’t sleep you would think I’d figure that out after I’ve done this several times but I don’t and they reach different colors yet I’ve done this several times so having the days of the week on them mean nothing because obviously I’m not paying attention
But if my routine gets interrupted I forget to take my pills and then wonder why I’ve got such a horrible headache as one of my pills as a migraine medication again you would think I’d figure that out
But I never forget to give the dog his medication and he doesn’t have a pill holder so obviously you know where my priorities are

DH uses a pill holder and still now and then messes up morning and night.

I just take a morning inhaler and blood pressure pill.

I use two, a 7 day and a 1 day AM/PM. When I take my evening pills, I take the next day's pills from the 7 day, and put them into the smaller 1 day AM/PM holder for the next day, ready to go and keep me on track, and going.

Yes I have 2 seven day pill holders (looks like yours). I use one color for morning and one color for evening. I’ve been using them since my 2017 heart attack when I’ve been on medication ever since. I actually just bought two new holders for the first time. I bought the same type and colors since I didn’t want to confuse myself!

I don't use a holder. I just take them out of the container they come in. Too many
They are lined up in a cupboard.
I had pill holders, didn't use them, so gave them to DH when his broke. He uses two, one morning and one night.
When traveling, I use little plastic bags and mark them AM and PM.

I used to use one, but some of my pills are large and they don’t all fit in the holder so I just keep all the bottles in a tray on the kitchen counter and as I take them throughout the day I set them aside. By the end of the day they are all out of the tray so I know I took them all when I was supposed to, and before I go to bed I put them all back in the tray. Works for me

No prescription meds, but I take a vit D supplement, calcium, biotin, and lutein. Getting older, had bariatric surgery 7 years ago, so I'm trying to take care of my bones, hair/nails, and vision!

I don't take enough meds to need one yet. My BC comes in a day labeled blister pack, so I can easily see if I've messed up.

1 For a prescription and a few supplements I take when I wake up.

1 for vitamins with lunch

1 for vitamins with dinner.

Sounds like a lot, but I've been tested specifically for nutrient deficiencies and these are the tablets I need to keep me healthy.

45 years with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (since i was 9 years old), but I feel great, as long as I keep to this regimen.

No holder, but no pills either. Thankfully I have none that I need to take regularly.

I don't use one anymore. I did previously when I took a lot of vitamins. Now I take like 3-4 pills/vitamins and just get them from the bottle each morning.
