I like word puzzles and play them on my phone daily. Jigsaw puzzles were a part of my youth, My parents enjoyed them and actually used to glue them on special boards and were hung up! My daughter also had/has a love for them. At one time she had over 50 and knew it was time to donate!!

DH started doing jigsaw puzzles about 7 years ago. I help him now and again. He puts them together, marks the edge pieces, put back in the box. We sent a bunch to the nursing home my sister was in. It got her out of her room and would do puzzles with others. Glue
them and hang them in the community room.

My grandkids and I have done mini puzzles of birds or cupcakes. Maybe 30-40 pieces. About the size of your hand. Glue them and put magnets on the back.

I've played the matching games on computer......make groups of 3 or more. Achieve so many of this or that.

I like doing puzzles. I play 2 on my phone almost daily. As for jigsaw puzzles, I don't do them at home regularly but my mom always has one up at her house and will do a little bit of it when I visit.

I love puzzles, card games, word games, logic games, etc. I started when I was very young helping my grandmother work jigsaw puzzles out in the porch when we’d vacation at the Jersey Shore…and because I could shuffle multiple decks of cards at a time, I was the only kid invited to play cards with the adults (grandmother, aunts and uncles). That said, I don’t like doing games online…it’s got to be on paper.

Quoted several posts, but there is no button to insert them??

I'll see if I can remember -

On cats: Mine used to bother puzzles, but did grow out of it as they got a little older. There's hope you'll be able to do them again!

Thanks for the reminder about the logic puzzles where you eliminate the choices. I like those too! - I used to do them a lot when I was younger, but didn't think of them when I answered.

I also forgot the "Jumble" puzzle that I used to do in the paper with my parents as a kid. It was a set of words to be unscrambled, then a bonus puzzle with certain letters from each one.

On jigsaw puzzles: That's clever about marking the edges. I also sort the edge pieces when I save a puzzle to do again or pass along to others, but I put them in a zip bag.

I enjoy word puzzles and used to do them every day. Once the newspaper was cancelled for good, quite a few years ago now, I got out of the habit. Guess I need to make the effort to find alternative sources.

Haven’t done a jigsaw puzzle in years, but I love all sorts of word puzzles and games. I regularly do: Wordle, Quordle, Octordle, Blossom, Connections, and Strands. I also usually do a daily crossword, sudoku, and cryptoquote.

I really, really loved jigsaw puzzles growing up. I hope to get back into that when I have time.
I was late to the Wordle game, but boy am I an addict now. I got quordle (and do all of them: chill, sequence, extreme) and Octordle (all of those) and all the NYT games, and I try to do the daily crosswords, some days success, sometimes, barely a square. I'm almost done with this Sunday's though.
Never got into Sudoku, probably don't need another obsession. haha
also want to try an escape room one day, might be fun!

Love Jigsaw puzzles. We always have one going on our dining room table.
This is where I do my jigsaw puzzles too ::yes::
The only time I don’t is Halloween - January 2nd since I host the holidays
