I'd go with Epcot - its the only Disney park I have any interest in at this point - the rest are construction zones at this point and not what they once were.

Even Epcot is not what it once was - but its also the only one I even consider visiting when I am in Orlando.

Tough choice for me. Since I haven't done MK in a bit that was my choice for the rides and parades. Otherwise I'd go for EPCOT for the food. The past few trips I've done an EPCOT only day.

While MK has the most rides, I would have to choose Epcot solely for Guardians. Only got to go on it once so far and I'd love to go on it again, such a fantastic ride.

Also, I love the festivals at Epcot. There's so many different food and drink choices. So on the basis that my trip would be at a time when there's a festival on too, I would happily choose to spend the day riding Guardians and eating and drinking my way around Epcot🍹🍸

Oh and I'd go on my own. My next trip is looking like a solo outing anyway so wouldn't do anything different for this!

I voted Magic Kingdom, Rides and Other.
Other being the lead option. Can I trade a trip to Disneyland for the WDW Magic Kingdom trip? More than twice as many rides at Disneyland as compared to the Magic Kingdom (49 versus 24) and Disneyland is open 2 more hours each day to enjoy the rides.

I also voted EPCOT. I'd pay extra for my husband to attend with me but I also wouldn't mind going alone.
Can I pay extra not to have to stay at AS? :duck:
Yeah I'll be paying for DW to go with me, you can keep All Stars as I will be using DVC points. If I'm going to one park only, it's MK. However if I'm there two nights I will go to MK the first partial day and stay to watch the new parade, and I will buy a second one day pass for Epcot to go on my departure day. If the flight home is early in the day, we'll just go to Disney Springs before heading to MCO :earsboy:

Ooh my vote for Epcot was a tie-breaker putting EP at 21 over MK’s 20 😂

My favorite ride right now is Guardians so I could not visit WDW and skip it. No way!!! I also love Harmonious which helps take the sting out of missing MK fireworks.

MK for the rides and I would pay for DH. Loved when we stayed at All Star Music. :thumbsup2
We stayed All Star Movies and we really loved it there too. I would absolutely stay there again if it was just with my DD21 or with just my DH - 3 adults in that room would be to tight for my liking.
I also voted EPCOT. I'd pay extra for my husband to attend with me but I also wouldn't mind going alone.

You will not get money for not using your room at AS to stay at another resort - sorry :(
My room at All Star Music would be a family suite, even though I would be solo.

Deciding on a park is a tough one because it depends a lot on the time of year. If it’s during Festival of the Arts, Flower and Garden Festival, or Festival of the Holidays, then it is Epcot for sure. If it’s during Food and Wine, I don’t find Epcot as enjoyable. However, with all the construction at MK for the foreseeable future, I would probably just say Epcot right now anyway. Since I have an AP, it is easy for me to visit the other parks whenever I want to.

Does the prize include the dining plan?
It does not - sorry :(

No.....sorry :(

I would have to pick Magic Kingdom. It somehow doesn’t seem like a trip to WDW without stopping by there. Though with all the MK construction and closed rides, at present EPCOT is looking better and better!

Magic Kingdom for me, for the rides! Haunted Mansion, Carousel of Progress, People Mover, Pirates of the Caribbean, It’s a Small World, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan’s Flight, probably a couple others I’ve forgotten. Ride everything at least twice! I could do solo or bring my husband, but he would rather go to EPCOT so maybe we will just fly down together and can we upgrade to Port Orleans Riverside? Then we can each take the bus separately to the parks, catch up at night to tell each other about our day😁

Just ONE day? :wizard:

First, give me the Jazz Inn at All-Star Music. We liked AS Music when we stayed there, so bring it on! Then, we're definitely going to Magic Kingdom and hopefully getting a pre-opening reservation for breakfast at the Crystal Palace. Then, we'll rush through and get as many of the big rides in before park opening. I think we'll start in Adventureland with the Mansion or Pirates and work our way around. Lunch will be at the Plaza Restaurant and then dinner will be at Be Our Guest! We don't usually do three sit-downs, but it's one day and I'm going to assume we'll need the short breaks. :) AND... if I only get one day, I'm staying for fireworks!

I guess I'll bring DH with me. :rotfl:

Probably solo, because it's free that way, and the guys had/have other trips recently/upcoming.

Assuming I fly down today, attend the park tomorrow, and fly back Thursday, I'm probably going with MK, because it's open 2 hours longer 😆 and has the new parade!!! :mickeyjum

But it was a tough decision. - If it weren't for those two factors, I might have said Epcot, because I feel we tend to cut that one short a lot, and there are things I'd do by myself that we usually skip.

You wouldn't take a free trip?
1. I am a alphabet book E tickets child
2. I as a ,9 year old visited by myself
3. My treasure souvenir..the huge wall map that I would spread out on the floor and trace my fingers all over the paths to the attractions.....so in 1983 I was so excited to go to DISNEYLAND...in Florida....it was so traumatic that the only thing I remember of the visit was the light showers... EPCOT... I remember every detail

Disneyland formed the imagination of the young boy living in the middle of nowhere Joshua Tree... nothing else compares

MK for more ops to get out of sun or rain plus the People mover, but on my solo trip in 2019...EPCOT was my first park.

Looks like I am a solo traveler for now.
