Knowing what time it is, is something we all have in common. Every single one of us needs yo know the time for one reason or another. The questions today are about which type of clocks do you have in your home and like to look at. There are analog clocks (with hands) or digital clocks - both serve a good purpose. Tell us today…..

Which type of clock do you have more of in your home?
Which type do you prefer? (you can only pick one)
(multiple choice)

*This poll is for clocks, not watches.

For Me……We have 6 analog clocks (playroom, downstairs bathroom, family room (nice one over the fireplace), kitchen, upstairs bathroom, master bathroom) and 3 digital clocks (2 alarm clocks in our bedroom and small one in family room). Which one do I prefer? That’s tough, because I like them both, but I think I’m going to choose digital since the numbers are bright and a quick read.

I think we have more analog clocks, and I definitely prefer those for walls. (I do like digital for alarm clocks, though, because I can read them in the middle of the night.)

I prefer analog, but we have more digital due to appliances. There's a clock on the stove, microwave, and wall that are digital, as well as my travel alarm, and an analog clock in the TV room. I don't have a phone or smart watch. Actually, I have 2 Disney watches (one Pooh, one Eeyore) but the battery needed to be changed and I can't get the back on to either of them. One of these days when we go to Disney, I should take them with me, but I'm not sure who there could fix them or if honors the "lifetime" repair idea anymore.

Dad and I have a red wall clock we got years ago at Kmart (I still miss that store)! We each have digital indiglo clocks by where we sleep
Other clocks other than an analog small one by our computer are on devices (phones, kindle, Cable box etc).

I have three different watches. I have an Apple Watch which of course has multiple faces, analog and digital. I wear that one around during the day. At my office, I have to leave the Apple Watch outside as I am in a secure facility. I have a separate Timex analog watch that I wear in the facility. At night when I out the Apple Watch on it's charger, I have a Wyze smart watch that I wear to bed. This one has an alarm that I use to wake me up for work. It is a weird alarm in that it is noiseless but vibrates which is enough to get me up.

There are more digital clocks without a doubt. The stove, Microwave etc...

I don't have a preference either way, but I prefer analog for a watch.
"Orbiting this at a distance of roughly 92 million miles is an utterly insignificant little blue-green planet whose ape-descended life forms are so amazingly primitive that they still think digital watches are a pretty neat idea."

What shocks me is many teens cant tell time on an analog clock.
My niece had no idea how to tell the time on the clock in our living room.. I thought it was just her but it seems to be a trend.

At least 11 - 3 digital off top of my head - stove / microwave/ radio alarm clock ( yes it’s old ) test are clocks in every room - I like clocks with hands ! I think they look nice !!

We have a German cuckoo clock that DH bought in Germany probably 40 years ago that gives us the constant "tick, tick, tick..." and cuckoos on the hour. There's another analog clock by the front door, mainly for decoration. All of the rest are digital. We don't even have alarm clocks anymore... no need when the cell already has one.

We only have one analog clock, a gift from DH’s employee, a mantel clock with Westminster chimes.

I prefer digital because of night convenience!

I think the only clocks we have are on the stove and microwave, both digital. I use my phone most of the time.

I actually only have one dedicated clock which is my alarm clock. It is digital. Every other time display is on another device - oven, microwave - and are all digital. I defintely perfer analog for a hanging wall clock though, but I just don't have any hanging around.

I think more digital because of appliances, electronics and one alarm clock.
Analog for hanging on the wall.....3 of those and 2 are Mickey

7 analog and 5 digital clocks. Most of the digital clocks are part of an appliance, not clocks we purchased.

I have a digital alarm clock/white noise machine on my nightstand. I have my Grandmother’s antique analog mantel clock. Those are the only two clocks in the house, other than appliance clocks. I prefer analog clocks and watches (my go to watch is my backwards running Goofy watch) and do most of my time telling via my watch.

We've had a clock on the wall in the kitchen for the last 40 odd years. So use to it being there, when we repaint and it's down for a few days, we still looked at a blank wall for the time.

Few years ago, the hands on the clock were dragging a bit. I was looking into getting a new set of clock parts, but decided to use some dental floss and WD-40. I think grease from the stove plus dust just gunked up the workings. . Worked fine after that.

One wall clock in the entire residence,LOL.
It only stays because it belonged to my Nana and Papa (even Mommy’s clock didn’t make the cut). It’s also the only analog clock on the premises.

All other clocks are electronic and attached to something like a nuker, toaster oven, etc. Tbh I use my cell and tablet clock functions mostly.

We have a bunch of each but more digital because of appliances. I like the look of a large analog we have in the living room.
