Do you enjoy starting your day with a Egg McMuffin, Croissan’wich, Breakfast Burrito or another type of fast food breakfast item?
If yes…..when was the last time you have a fast food breakfast?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..I voted that I will eat it when I’m pressed for time. My last fast food breakfast was a little over a year ago. My DH stopped at a McDonalds before going to one of DD20’s softball games. We have since found a very nice restaurant in the same town as that McDonalds, so we go there for breakfast now. The service is fast and we spend close to the same amount of money. The main money difference is leaving a tip. They even fill my DH’s travel coffee mug from home with coffee at no extra charge (we do pay for him to drink coffee in the restaurant).

I actively dislike the kind of breakfast sandwiches we’re talking about, no matter where they come from. I have eaten them, when there’s no other choice, and probably will again, but I really don’t enjoy them. My DH loves McMuffins and routinely stops for them after church. Even the way they make the car smell grosses me out. :crazy2:

I don't like eggs and I don't eat meat, so most of the fast food breakfast items are out for me. On very rare occasion I will get a plain fast food biscuit and then add a piece of plant sausage on it. It's not ever because of a time issue, just an occasional treat. If I'm pressed for time, I'm fine with just black coffee until lunch, I don't really need breakfast every day.

I don't eat fast food breakfasts. When traveling, we take something for breakfast with us.
I have in the past.....but more than a year ago. Probably more than 20 years ago

As a general rule I don’t eat breakfast but if I’m out and about or at DISNEY I will eat breakfast and I do like those kind of sandwiches the last time I had a fast food breakfast was a year ago I don’t actively go seek them but I will eat them but if given a choice I prefer a sit down breakfast or even better brunch ❤️

I voted that I have eaten a fast food breakfast in the last 6 months. We had McDonald’s breakfast when we were out of town. I follow WW, and it uses most of my daily points, so it was a rare treat.

Pretty much only when traveling. The last time was when I had a 6am flight in August and McDonald's was the only place open in the airport. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a hash brown and it cost like $15+.

Sometimes I’ll have a FFBfast if I want to hit the ride early - last time was last year - bacon, egg and cheese BoJangle biscuit…

I usually don't eat it but had it on Sunday while on a drive from FL to MD. We wanted the free hotel breakfast but was up and out of hotel too early, before the free breakfast. And then we tried to stop at Bob Evans but they had a wait and the hubby didn't want to wait so over to BK we went. We hardly ever do any fast food. Mostly only on these drives....FL---MD---FL which we do 3 times a year. And usually lunch or dinner.

I don't eat fast food breakfasts when we are at home. It is faster to just pour some cereal and milk into a bowl than to drive somewhere for breakfast. I've been setting up my coffee pot the night before, so I just have to turn it on when I get up. :)

I make breakfast sandwiches on English muffins at home. I prefer my own to what I can buy.

What I do like from various places is the potato!
We do too, but also buy the frozen sandwiches for when I’m making breakfast for 12 around 8 a.m. but some crazy grandkid wakes up at 6 am and starving.

For the poll, hardly ever. We used to when we would aim for the 7 am flights to Disney, but those were over several years ago.

It's usually a special occasion thing--on vacation or everyone is up extra early on a weekend that we don't have plans--maybe twice a year if that. But today the kids talked me into grabbing breakfast after we hit the polls. My go to is sausage mcmuffin.

While I have eaten fast food breakfast, it's not a regular thing for me. I also will likely just go hungry if my options are things like McDonalds. The only fast food breakfasts I'd really consider are Whataburger taquitos and Taco Cabana breakfast burritos. I know some don't even consider Taco Cabana true fast food. Panera and La Madeleine are also popular fastish food options for breakfast without having to hit up burger chains.

I think some of this also hinges on your local options. While I've never seen much of this outside of Texas, savory kolaches are a big quick breakfast staple here. People buy a dozen sausage and cheese just like they'd buy a dozen donuts and there are so many flavor combos, including some regional ones like boudin and egg. Little mom and pop places selling homemade breakfast tacos and taquitos are also big.

I do enjoy a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit, but try not to get them too often - usually just when we're embarking on a road trip early in the morning.

Fast Food breakfasts-not in my current diet. I haven't had one in more than a year, but I do treat myself to the occasional Sizzli from WaWa when they're fresh and haven't been sitting under the heat lamps too long if I'm heading out early with my sister on one of our road trips. I like the sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel Sizzli.
