I’ve heard of it but don’t remember what it is. I know no one who has tried it. I am unlikely to pay Starbucks prices for tea.

Really only go to Starbucks at WDW, and I get coffee. It'd be a different story if Starbucks made some really good chicken soup;)

I’ve never had any desire to even visit a Starbucks. I’m not a coffee drinker so no urge there and honestly never order drinks anywhere unless I’m actually going inside somewhere to eat which rarely happens either. I was given a $25 gift card one time and I just gave it to my daughter-in-law.

I’ve heard of it but I’ve never actually been to Starbucks so I haven’t tried it. I do love tea though

Not a fan of Sbux and I still give them every chance. My coffee or tea is always made by some snotty young kid who’s more interested in gossiping behind the plexiglass than delivering a good product for the outrageous prices they charge.

With that said, I make a medicine tea very similar at home. Learned it from my grandmother and raised my kids on it. They called it witches brew growing up. Now they love it and will make it for themselves when under the weather.

Ive never heard of it. After a poster said what is in it, I’ll pass. Honey and lemonade, no thanks. If I have a sore throat just a cup of plain lemon (or other herbal tea) is what I would choose.

Not a tea person and more importantly, never go to Starbucks. Too many other good coffee places here.

I drink tea, not coffee, so if we stop at Starbucks for DH, I don't usually get anything. Their hot tea is to hot I can't drink it for a long time. And I don't care for their ice tea. However, I think this sounds really good and I may try.

@RUDisney, thank for posting the recipe.

I just looked up what this is. Here is the recipe for it...

At Starbucks a Medicine Ball consists of: 1 Teavana Jade Citrus Mint green tea bag, 1 Teavana Peach Tranquility herbal tea bag, 2 honey packets, 1/2 hot water, 1/2 steamed unsweetened lemonade. There is debate among baristas if there are shots of peppermint syrup added, but this is the basic recipe.

It doesn't sound that good to me. I think I'll pass. If I have a sore throat and runny nose, I'll send someone to the liquor store for Rock 'n Rye... the generationally passed down cure.

I've never heard of it, but then, I don't go to Starbuck's much. Once in a while I'll go in with my sister while she gets something, but I don't like their coffee as well as WaWa's coffee. WaWa coffee is way cheaper and tastes better, too. I didn't even know they had tea.

I haven't heard of it. In general I do not like tea, but I have been experimenting a little with it. I really LOVE cinnamon tea and apple cinnamon tea. I tried kava tea because I heard somewhere it is supposed to get you high :rotfl2: I think it tastes terrible, but it does make my mouth numb which is kind of fun.

Oh, I know that no one would want to hear this, but the medicine ball isn't that great for you -- or so the baristas have mentioned. The recipe is:

Hot water, steamed lemonade, a combo of Teavana's Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea and Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea, honey, and an optional pump of peppermint syrup.

The problem being the lemonade itself, as it's full of sugar. I've heard you're better off just getting the two teas mixed with a bit of honey.

I haven't heard of this one, but I love tea. Maybe I'll try it. When I'm sick, I drink throat coat tea and it helps more than any other tea I've tried. I don't like the taste, but it's worth it for the relief.
