I only like them for dinner, made them last night because H got on an earlier flight so needed to pivot for dinner, had some maple breakfast sausages in the freezer (raw kind, not precooked). I just use bisquick, I do not like chocolate chip pancakes but do like blueberry (I ate all of the blueberries right before I knew he was coming early) and banana walnut (had no bananas so used chopped walnuts), cooked with vegetable spray, only real maple syrup for me. Two is my max, I do not understand all you can eat pancakes, I can’t even eat as much as they give me if eating out. One of my daughter’s friends made pancakes homemade (not a mix) and I told her there’s no difference, I was SO wrong, but it’s really a 4 time a year thing. I did add vanilla. I do not like sweet for breakfast, but when I crave pancakes for dinner, I can’t not make them.
