I love hot sauce! My favorite is Chipotle Tabasco. We've also taken a recent liking to Slap Yo Mama hot sauce. I use it on avocado toast or hashbrowns .. breakfast stuff. I'll use it in things like red beans & rice too, though we don't make that very often. I love spicy hot food in general. Indian and Thai especially - but I don't put extra hot sauce in those because it would mess up the flavors. And of course I eat lots of jalapenos.
