There are so many watches out there - ones you wind up, ones that use a battery, ones that are digital, ones that are like a small computer on your wrist and etc. When researching this I was amazed with how many there truly are. We’re focusing on types of watches by function/style today and the picture below explains each choice in the poll.

I’m adding Fashion Watches to this, with fashion watches being the every day watch, which are somewhat inexpensive that can be themed, colorful, fun or just plain They can be digital or with a watch face.

Now that read the above picture, give us your timely answer today…..

What type(s) of watches do you have?
(multiple choice)

*If you do not own any watches, please choose “other”

For Me……i just donated a bunch of my watches, because I had a ton of them (I used to love wearing many different types of watches). In 2019 I started wearing my Apple Watch and then never wore my other ones again. I have a beautiful Movado that I need to get a new battery for so when I do want to wear it I can. I have soooo……many fashion watches. As I said, I donated many but I kept all my themed watches (Disney, HP and others) and a waterproof digital watch that’s I wear in the pool. I voted for dress and fashion and smart. If my DH was doing this poll he’d add Dive Watch to his vote - he has a few and they were not cheap. He wore them when he’d go scuba diving

I used to wear a watch but once my eyes hit so bad that readers and a magnifying glass were needed I quit wearing one there was just no point in it I couldn’t read the watch anyway I do miss a watch

I occasionally wear dress or fashion watches, so that's what I voted. (I have a silver-colored one, a gold-colored one, and a Minnie Mouse one.)

But long ago I also had what I guess I would consider a pocket watch, since it flipped open - but it was tiny and clipped to a key ring.

I have a lot of watches. I don't wear any of them anymore. Some I can't read and the others, I just don't.
I only wear a FitBit now

I've only ever owned a pocket watch. Having a watch worn on the wrist that would be visible would not have been allowed. I just use my phone now to tell the time. Boy how times have changed for me (Pun intended). :)

Occasionally wear a watch more as a piece of jewelry compared to being something to know what time it is. Never heard of most of those categories of watches. Have always laughed at some watches that brag about being accurate to some amazing level of precision when the dial only has numbers on 12/3/6/9 so you can't even tell what hour it is..............LOL.

I own a big bird watch from when I was a kid and a few swatches from when I was younger. I’m pretty sure they are in a box in my dresser. I have not worn a watch in at least 25 years.

Zero watches - I think I’ve owned three in my lifetime. All were gifts, pretty things, but I never wore any of them. I don’t wear bracelets either because I think something low on my wrist makes my small hands look chunky. DH is a watch guy, not a collector but he does have about a dozen. All very dressy. His daily favourites are a couple of Citizen Eco-drives that charge themselves on solar power.

I have a FitBit which I suppose qualifies as a smart watch. I do own a Mickey Mouse watch as well, but it's been in my jewelry box, unworn for over 30 years.

I suppose mine would fall under fashion watches. It’s a Goofy and Mickey watch that runs counterclockwise. I had to change the leather band to a metal one due to allergies.

I have a nice Bulova watch that I bought when I worked at Macy's. The battery died years ago and I've never gotten around to replacing it, so I haven't worn a watch in that long.

I rarely wear a watch anymore but my favorites are dress and dive… at least out of what I own. I have not jumped on the smartwatch bandwagon and I am not a big fan of my fitness watch. Today, I just happened to decide to throw on my big Movado dress watch, so the poll seems kind of fitting.

I wear a basic FitBit. It tells time, and steps and heartbeat and has a GPS for the route, but doesn't do the other functions of a Smartwatch.

I have a Samsung smart watch as I need something that helps me track my exercise and movement. I'd love a nice, fancy watch to wear on special occasions or nights out, but I'd miss my smart functions too much!

I have a few dress watches for services and sometimes other things and a Timex I wear every day.

I have one watch that wear frequently. It doesn't fall into any of the categories, although I guess maybe it could go in fashion? It was a gift from my father to my mother when I was 16, and I distinctly recall it as it was Christmas Eve and I was shopping for it with my father. It's what many might consider a 'luxury' brand and about 10 years ago my parents gifted it to me when they replaced it with something similar. I treasure it, and consider it a family heirloom that I plan on passing down at some point later in life.

I have a lot of watches. Three would be considered dress watches and the rest are fashion watches. I have both eco-drives and battery driven. I also have one that is a wind-up, a gift from my grandma when I graduated high school over 60 years ago, and one that belonged to my mother-in-law that runs by motion. They all still run and I try to wear them all at different times.

No watches. Don't like the feel. Really dont like the feel of any jewelry but will wear wedding ring and stud earrings. Even for Disney, I didnt wear a MB very much and took puck out to hang on my bag.
