We always have plain Cheerios in the house. DH eats it once or twice a week for breakfast, with blueberries added. On rare occasions I might have a bowl for a late night snack. We have granola which we only add to yogurt. He makes Chex mix at holiday times.
I do eat hot steel cut oats for breakfast several times a week. I have plain Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, and a bit of granola almost every day (sometimes for breakfast, sometimes for lunch!)
