When I was a little girl I lived on McDonald's Happy Meals and McDonald's hamburgers and my family would go to McDonald's every week to get me Happy Meals. But today I prefer Chicken McNuggets to hamburgers when I eat at McDonald's. Burger King I am CRAZY about and like their burgers and fries. My dad used to like to get Burger King's breakfasts but lately I feel that Burger King's breakfasts have gone downhill and it's so hard to get breakfast at Burger King but they are sometimes out of breakfast items and they are very slow at breakfast too

There are more Mc Donald locations than Burger King around here. And they seem busier than Burger King, though both seem less busy than they used to be.

A Burger King had always been closer and easier to get to than the nearest McDonald. Then an additional Mc Donald restaurant opened which is about the same distance away.

I preferred the Burger King taste, especially back when the burgers were fresh cooked in front of you on a conveyor belt that went through the “flame broil box”. Though Mc Donald’s always had the better fries and milkshakes.

These days I hardly ever visit either of them. I have found that fast food sometimes disagrees with me now, making it a less appealing choice.

My go to fast food when I'm alone is a McDouble and a Large Diet Coke. My son likes Wendy's. White Castle has the best coffee BY FAR! Note: I live near Columbus OH.

That being said I recently had the Grinch Meal at McDonalds for $11.49 here. Sold out in less than a week. Worth the extra $3 for the dill pickle salt and the socks (good quality). So of course we had to go to Burger King for the Sponge Bob Meal. I didn't even order it. It was over $14 for a yellow bun, cheesy tots, a dessert pie I probably wouldn't eat, and a pineapple slush float. I didn't think it was worth the value. I ordered a choose 3 meal from the app for $7 and split it with my son and the pineapple slush on the side. I mean the pineapple slush was topped with some yummy creamy milky substance. I have to admit, I do love the Original Chicken Sandwich BOGO on the app though.

The grinch meal was $20.29 at the one by me. Interesting how different the prices are!

I used to prefer Burger King back in the day, but the ones I see around me and on my travels generally look sketchy and unclean these days. I'd go to a McDonalds now if I wanted something.
