A small garden flag or 2 and a plastic pumpkin in the front window. Just to let kids know we are giving out candy.

My neighbor put up their Halloween decorations in August. And he added a 10 foot tall skeleton this week.
We''ll put out our cardboard skeleton the week before Halloween, and the carved pumpkin the day before. If we put out the pumpkin too soon it will mold.
Lord, can we at least wait until after Columbus Day to put up Halloween decorations?
