Mopping the floor is never a fun chore, but a product like a Swiffer mop makes it quick and easy. There’s a few different Swiffer mop products out there to fit everyone’s needs. So let’s mop up the floor with everyone’s answers today……

For Me……I have the basic Swiffer Sweeper, which was the original one, and the Wet Jet. I mainly use the basic Swiffer Sweeper, because I run out of the liquid for the Wet Jet and then I take forever to replace it. I always have the Swiffer wet pads at home. I have ceramic flooring at home.

I have the basic Swiffer Sweeper. I buy the pet hair dusting cloths and the wet cloths for it, and I use it at times on both laminate and tile.

I have mostly wood floors. I vacuum and then use the O-Cedar mop on it (probably lest often than I should). If the cats knock over their food or something like that then I just sweep it up.

I have a similar no-name mop that uses a washable microfiber pad that works great. With most of those brand name products, they want you to keep buying the disposable pads. Those washable pads do the same job for a lot less money. Just toss it in the washing machine when it gets dirty. Mine works on any type of solid surface floors.

I used to be a HUGE fan of the Swiffer Wet jet mop - well I still am - but not the cost of the wet jet refills my floors are wood and it’s almost a whole bottle to do one level - it just got too expensive
I changed mopping systems and I’m very happy with my decision- I do like my swiffer and still use it upstairs ( most of the floors covered in carpet ) but once the carpet is gone will use the new system up there too

Dad and I use Swiffer dry and wet on laminate and cheap tile flooringm we like rhe lavendar scent choice.

I use the basic Swiffer mop that you showed in the picture. But I use a washable microfiber cloth with it. I don't use the disposable cloths. They are a waste of money, imo. I use it on the kitchen floor, which is wood, and the adjacent tile floor.

I have an original Swiffer that I use for dry dusting, and with the wet pads on tile (bathrooms and basement only). Most of my house has hardwood floors; for that I use a Bona spray mop with reusable pads.

There was an unused Swifter here when I moved in. It was given to Mom by elder sister so she wouldn’t have to bend her frame. Mom had two comments beyond thanks. 1) Who was buying the refills and 2) she mopped for exercise and if she didn’t have that who was paying for the gym? No getting around her

Mine isn't the Swiffer brand but similar mop. It has washable/reusable pads. We use that mainly in the kitchen and dining room, so linoleum (vinyl?) and laminate floors.

I have the basic...I have/had a wet jet...and I have one of the telescoping dusters.

I like the basic, which I will use semi-regularly WHEN I remember and have the energy. Seriously, there are days where I'm so exhausted and I know I should bust it out to get the dog fur tumbleweeds, but I just put it off. Some days, I just grab the robot vacuum and let it go in the area of concern and just rest.

I do like the duster. It's great for vents and ceiling fans. It's not quite as good as the vacuum, but it's easier.

I had a wet jet (I think I still have it, but not sure where it is), but I never felt it did a great job. I use a Bissell Spinwave instead. The washable pads on the Spinwave seem to be more effective and the spinning action is better than just pushing a swiffer. The robot vaccuum also has a washable mopping pad I can attach, so I can just put cleaner down on the floor and let it go. I rarely do that. It's supposed to be a smart programmable robot and while it's mapped all of the first floor, it gets on these kicks where it wants to go over the same spot 10x in a low traffic zone. I used to use a steam mop in our last house after I got tired of the swiffer wet pad, but it's not kind to hardwoods.

For our flooring...we have hardwoods, vinyl, and tile.

I owned the original one years ago, but quickly replaced it with a mop that had removable and washable microfiber pads. We’ve recently moved, and now use the O-Cedar Spin Mop and Bona floor spray. We have mostly wood floors, bathrooms are tile, and kitchen is laminate.

Now swiffer dusters… that’s another story. I LOVE them, and even keep one in my car for a quick dusting. I buy the refills at Costco

I had a Swifter mop, but discarded it a few years ago. I have tile floors throughout most of the home (except bedrooms). I now use a cheap steam cleaner which works wonders and only uses distilled water.

I have a Swiffer but do not use it because I can only use certain cleaners on my floors because most cleaners cause my dogs to itch. I've been looking at the Shark steam mop that just uses hot water.

No Swiffer here. My floors are hardwood mostly. One bathroom has vinyl, one has tile, one bedroom is carpeted. I use an old fashioned dust mop for most of the "sweeping." When I need to wash a hardwood, I use Boma with a mop that has a removable pad. I also use that on the tile and vinyl, either wet or with some cleaning spray.
