Today we are going to discuss my most favorite show of all time Downton Abbey. I just saw the final movie yesterday, which was wonderful, so naturally I decided to have this be today’s poll topic. For those that don’t know anything about Downton Abbey, here ya go……

Now that you’ve read all that, let’s find out your thoughts on this TV Series & Movies…..

Have you watched any Downton Abbey episodes or movies?
If yes….what have you watched?
(multiple choice)

For Me……I’ve watched the series 3 or 4 times, movies 1 & 2 a few times and currently the last movie yesterday. The last movie made me emotional at the end and I left the theater telling myself it’s time to start up the series again. When people ask me what keeps me interested in working out, I tell them, it’s when I watch my favorite things. So, I guess The Crawley’s will be joining me at the gym again 🙂👍🏻

We toured Highclere Castle last year. Worth the visit if you're a fan of the show.

I need to add that I've never watched any of the TV shows and only one of the movies. I'm not much on soap opera type shows, so it didn't appeal to me. Mrs wabbott has been a fan of the show since it started.

One thing I learned from the visit is that Highclere was and still is owned by the Carnarvon family.

I've seen some random bits. No idea what seasons they were from.
Same. I know I have watched an episode or two, but I couldn’t tell you what season they were from. Usually a show like this is very appealing to me, but I just didn’t warm to it. Perhaps if I started at the beginning instead of coming at it from the middle . . .

My wife and I have watched all seasons and episodes, along with the first 2 movies. We love it! We will probably wait until the 3rd movie is on streaming before we watch it. We wanted to see it at the theater, but we have a 4-month old, so that makes it a little tough to go to the theater right now!

I knew I’d like it because I like those types of shows and movies.

When the first movie came out, I still hadn’t watched the series. But I read that you could enjoy the movie anyway so DD and I went to see it. DD promptly fell asleep, lol. And there was just one other couple and I in the theater and we found ourselves laughing at the same things. I told DD she’d missed a good movie, so we later watched it again at home with the rest of the family, who also enjoyed it, even my DS.

Saw the second movie, then watched most of the series. (I still have a bit to finish.)

My plan was to go to see the third movie at Disney Springs the day it came out but I forgot! So I still plan to go see it on the big screen.
