I’m looking forward to seeing the results this poll. Ketchup and hot sauce are very popular condiments for eggs, especially scrambled eggs. My stepdad used to enjoy ketchup on his scrambled eggs, and he’s the only one in our family that enjoyed that. Here’s a little information on the topic……

For Me……..I am not a fan of ketchup or hot sauce on eggs I have tried ketchup and yuck yuck yuck! I have not tried hot sauce, but I don’t like hot sauce on anything. I do like ketchup, just not on eggs

I will have hot sauce on my fried chicken

I’ll put cheese on my eggs And that’s the extent of putting things on my eggs maybe some gravy once upon an occasion

Yes, hot sauce on my eggs, especially Crystal. Not a fan of catsup in the eggs though. But I do like it in a McDonald's hash brown.

My mom used to make us fried egg sandwiches that she put ketchup on and we loved them. I don't put ketchup or hot sauce on any of them now though.

No ketchup or hot sauce for me. However.. my mom used to make us western sandwiches on white bread with ketchup and we liked it.

On the other hand, when my brother and I were growing up, my dad taught us to use grape jelly on our scrambled eggs. Turned 'em green, but that was part of the fun. I don't remember it tasting nasty.

I used to eat scrambled eggs with ketchup as a kid, but haven’t in a very long time. Never hot sauce.

Ketchup is too sweet for my tastes. I do like a bit of hot sauce on my eggs at times. When I scramble them, I add hot sauce while whisking as well as ground pepper, milk and cheese.

I don’t use either on my eggs. In college I bartended at a fancy brunch place. The executive chef refused to stock ketchup and was horrified people added it to eggs.

Used to put ketchup on scrambled eggs when I was younger. Then I met my (eventual) wife in college and she got grossed out by seeing that when we would eat breakfast in the cafeteria, so I stopped at that point. I'll still occasionally put a little hot sauce on scrambled eggs, but for the most part, I prefer over easy eggs, so I don't put any sauce on those.

I was just about to say that hot sauce on eggs all depends on the kind of hot sauce. I'm not one of those hot sauce on everything kind of people, but I LOVE Crystal and most definitely will add it to my eggs if it's around. Of course, if it's more of a Tex-Mex or Mexican breakfast dish, Cholula is the way to go for me

Good Lord no - neither! Just thinking about it is making me a little queasy. It’s a weird quirk I have and on occasion when I’m eating with others who douse their eggs with red stuff, I literally have to avert my eyes.

I like either on my eggs, depending on my mood. I make my daughter an egg burrito every morning for her to eat on her way to work, with scrambled eggs, cheese, and Red Devil.

I like ketchup on eggs, but NEVER on hard boiled. I like K only on scrambled eggs or a fried egg sandwich.
Hot sauce might be ok if it's the only choice. I like salsa on my scrambled eggs too.
