I saw the below picture on Facebook and it made me laugh. I have childhood memories of my mom giving me these vitamins and I loved them - me taking them was never a battle. In fact, I can remember exactly how they taste. I did buy these for my girls, but since they never watched The Flintstones, the vitamins were not fun for them. I don’t recall if they liked the taste or not. After I saw the below picture, and reminisced about my childhood, I wanted to ask all of you about Flintstone vitamins. Before we get to the poll, here’s some info on the subject….

Now that we read all that, give us your yabba dabba doo answer today…..

Have you ever taken Flintstone vitamins?
If yes…..what was your opinion of them?
Did you give them to your children?
(multiple choice)

For Me…..As I mentioned above, I did take them regularly as a child and I did give them to my kids. I don’t think I gave them to them regularly, because I think I gave then something else that was themed more for them.

Yup I took them I still remember how they taste it matter fact I think I can still taste the grit in my mouth🤣🤣🤣 I did not give them to my children because you couldn’t get them to take a pill even a chewable one if you hogtied them and force them they would not do it so needless to say they did not get vitamins at all Lucky for me they were pretty good about eating vegetables and drinking milk So hopefully they got all the vitamins they needed

I take the adult gummy ones every day.

I took vitamins as a kid (no Flintstones back then) and take a daily today. We gave vitamins to our kids. And the grandkids when they were growing up and so many hours with us. The grandkids got some sort of kids gummies. No Flintstones though.

I don’t think Flintstones vitamins existed when I was a kid. I DO remember taking Chocks and Zestabs (now without cyclamates!!!)

Yes, both tasted like fruit flavored chalk.

I know that I have had them before, but it wasn't a regular thing in our house. I feel like we rarely took vitamins at all, though I can kind of remember that too. I think we may have switched around what kind we got, as I don't always remember it being Flintstones.

Now, my personal favorite Flinstones vitamins are these:

They count, right? 😁

Yes -- I took them. Tried to give them to my kids, but they preferred gummy vitamins.

Both had ADHD. I had trials enough trying to get them to take their Adderall.

Both my sister and I took them all the time as kids but I hated the taste and there were quite a few times I would just spit them out and throw them away. These days they have a bigger variety of ways that vitamins are manufactured, I'm sure I would have been fine with a gummy form.

Our boys took Flintstone vitamins. That's why they all are 6'2 and over I tell my grandkids. :teeth:

Raising my hand with the others who grew up before the Flintstone vitamins existed. I didn't take them, not sure about our DDs.
