I selected other. I do not decorate outside for Halloween, but I like the cute and the scary decorations equally.

We have a mix, but nothing gory or too scary. We go all out with decorations. We have a skeleton walking a skeleton dog, a graveyard with some ghosts and skeletons, a giant spiderweb with big spiders coming from the roof to the ground, a blow up, lights, pumpkins, witches and a lot more. On Halloween night we put out our animatronics (a dancing skeleton dressed in a disco outfit, a bride ghost, and a mummy that just kind of shakes). Plus we have a nightmare before Xmas section near our porch that’s pretty cool. Takes me 2 days to set everything up. We were late setting it up this year, I wasn’t feeling like doing all the work and was considering not decorating but all of our neighbors starting asking when we were decorating and our kids were upset at the prospect of not decorating, so now we’re stuck doing it every year lol. We do get lots of trick or treaters though, because everyone wants to come see the house. Plus DH insists on giving out full sized candy, he says you can’t have a cool Halloween house and bad candy.

I don't like the scary decorations at all -- and our neighborhood has lots of them. Halloween used to be one of my favorite holidays. I'm finding that because of all the gory stuff, I don't really enjoy it anymore.

I don't decorate outside for Halloween and never really have, but if I did, they would be cute decorations. That's what I prefer.

I don't decorate, but Halloween is not a 'cute' holiday, so for other peoples' houses I prefer scary. Old Town Alexandria goes all out - so many skeletons, having parties, animal (dog, fish, horse, etc) skeletons. Spiders, rats, ghosts, It's not particularly gory.

I like all types of decorations. I guess ones I have had would fall mostly on the scary rather than cute side.

I'm on the same page as you Slo. I have cute Halloween directions. I want little kids to come up and trick or treat without being scared. I also personally don't do scary and I don't like seeing houses decorated gruesome/gory on the outside. No thanks and I don't appreciate being subject to it.
