Not anymore, but I remember that from maybe late 60s!!!Does anybody still call them dungarees? That was the term when I was growing up.

There are all sorts of things women over certain ages aren't supposed to wear, I figure I've earned the right to wear whatever I'm comfortable in.What? Women over 60 aren't supposed to wear shorts out in public? Never heard that one, but I have long hair also and that is supposed to be a no-no for older women. Don'y really care about these 'rules'.
Ah, I well know that sinking feeling when a loved piece of clothing is on its last legs and is old enough that you know you'll never find anything to exactly replace it.I wear jeans most days at this time of year, sometimes sweats if I'm not going anywhere, or black pants when I need to dress up a bit. I wear shorts most days in the summer, and occasionally skirts or dresses.
I have three pairs of jeans I actually like, but one is wearing out, and I'm not looking forward to having to find new ones.
When I buy jeans in particular, it's because I "need" them and whenever possible I always get two pairs of the style that works; one in dark wash and one lighter.
