SSE for me. It's fairly long with loads of details to look at. Some darkness. And #1 reason, it's one of the last almost OG rides that exist. I would have done The Seas with Nemo but I'm salty about the fact they changed it from the original version to Nemo. It was just a nice peaceful ride through the Living Seas before, they even had some of it over you. Pirates is out because now days I always get wet, who wants to go through 24 hours with a wet bottom? Also, again salty about the whole adding of Johnny Depp situation. Peter Pan's flight would be good except I hit my head on the back Every Single Time it takes off, even though I know to hold my head away. I would end up with a concussion.

Spaceship Earth for the win!
  • I can't do PotC because it's a ride I love and the seats tend to get wet. It would be really miserable to be slightly wet like that for 24 hours.
  • I can't do Haunted Mansion because my luck I'd fall asleep and wake up in the graveyard just when one of those ghoul figures pops up from behind a headstone. I'd be scarred for life!
  • We got stuck on Disneyland's Peter Pan back in July and it was a scary ride back down at the end. It's going to be a long time before I get on that one in any of the Disney parks.
  • Nemo is never a must and 24 hours of it will just be a constant reminder of how much I preferred the original Living Seas. Now that I could probably take for 24 hours. 24 hours of aquarium viewing would be relaxing.
  • Runaway Railway moves around too much to be enjoyable for that long.
  • Could you imagine how you'd feel after riding a carousel horse for 24 hours?
  • Figment has funky smells and I'm still mad that the original was dismantled for this...so, that's a no.
  • IASW is my absolute favorite ride, so I can't go ruining it with this.
  • Na'vi River would be my second choice. It's relaxing, it's cool, it's dark, and I've never encountered a wet boat. It would be my second choice simply because there's not enough variety to it that I'd be truly bored by hour 3. I think some of the music might eventually get to me.
Spaceship Earth is my choice from this list. I've slept in it before, it's dark, it's cool, it's interesting, whatever music is in the mix wouldn't bug me for a long period, it's got a lot of variety, and it's the kind of gentle movement that would be relaxing. I also have the soundtrack on one of my CDs and I know it creates sort of a calming zen vibe for me.

Honorable mention not on the list - Living with the Land is one that I could also tolerate for hours on end and probably would have been my first choice if it were on the list. I enjoy the ride tremendously and during the daylight hours, I'd get a reminder on each pass that it's still day outside without having to deal with the actual elements. While not super comfortable, I could even lie down on the benches within the boats.

Spaceship Earth. I think the seats my be more conducive for sleeping and the voice of the narrator is pretty soothing.

Na'vi for sure. The sound isn't too loud. It's dark. There are no dips/drops like Pirates. The seats permit you to lay flat and sleep. EASY MILLION BUCKS.

Where do I sign up?

Pirates for me. Leg room is right near the top for me, many of the others do not give a tall guy like me the room I need. It is mostly dark, fairly long, less repetition. . I could lay down and nap also.

I'll be chilling with Nemo ... and Friends. I think it's peaceful enough to be good for a substantial time meditating, vegetating and simply resting without some of the repetitive issues involved with some of the other choices that might make me a bit cranky in short order.

Me too, although if Soarin’ had been a choice, I definitely would have picked it. I could get a very decent night’s sleep harnessed into those seats. :goodvibes
But wouldn’t the fireworks and seat shaking every 6 mins disturb your sleep.

Small World for me - Boat big enough for comfort, light can change a bit with outside so you can have a variety of views, no chance of getting wet or smelling anything weird.
The darkness of the other rides would drive me crazy.

Torn between Spaceship Earth and Haunted Mansion. I love them both, and have also been known to maybe take a small snooze when riding both!

I admit - I've fallen asleep on all of these rides except the carousel. So which would I choose for the marathon? It's got to be Peter Pan. The ride vehicle seats are a bit taller so I feel like if I had a blanket and a pillow I could get a serious amount of sleep on it. All the others would not be as comfortable.

Haunted Mansion. Dark, cool, no dramatic twists or turns in the Boom Buddies, kind of quiet. I could get a nice nap.

I picked SSE. Out of those rides my favorite is Haunted Mansion. However, if I were going to try to sleep on the ride (which would happen sometime in those 24 hours) the backwards section out of the attic is steep enough it would wake me up. Plus the safety bar tends to tighten on me in that segment. The backwards section of SSE is a little shallower and there is no restraint. It’s fairly dark and it’s a longer ride so it would not repeat as often.

I sleep with a white noise machine so being in an attraction would not keep me awake since I am used to sleeping with noise.

I would not want any boat rides as they tend to bump into the track and surrounds, which would mean no sleep. PP has that one section where you go forward and down at a fairly steep angle that could become unsafe if I were sleeping. Figment and Nemo are shorter so there would be more repetition. The Carousel would also be a sleep hazard.

My first thought was Spaceship Earth but the ride is getting pretty rough and janky. So I went with River Journey instead.
