Brats.

If I have a hot dog, it must be Chicago style but I can’t find that Vienna Beef brand nuclear green glow-in-the-dark relish anywhere near me. I bought 2 jars last fall in Chicago but I’m all out.

I just looked on Amazon and it’s there.
When in doubt…,check Amazon out (that’s my motto - LOL!)

No July 4th food traditions. Not sure what my wife would pick if we had any tradition. She prefers not to have traditional food on most holidays other than Thanksgiving and Christmas. We had corned beef for Cinco de Mayo this year, for example.

I would generally lean towards brats, but I do love a good natural casing hot dog from time to time (Smith's, for us Western PA natives )
